Online lecture "e-" Changes Everything: A Concise Introduction into Electronic Evidence” will take place on December 22 at 13.00 (CET). The speaker - Stephen Mason (barrister, UK) is a recognised expert in electronic evidence and electronic signatures, author of books and many articles on the argument. His lecture is the main part of an online meeting organised for interested lawyers within the framework of the project "Strengthening the profession of lawyer in line with European standards".

He will talk about the role of electronic evidence in civil and administrative proceedings and the challenges associated with its use, such as: what is the authenticity of electronic evidence and how can it be established? or how does the nature of electronic evidence affect its trustworthiness?

The lecture will be moderated by Dr. Remigijus Jokubauskas, International consultant, Council of Europe.

In the second part of the meeting, you will have the opportunity to compete with colleagues in an online quiz. This online event will be held in English and Russian.
