Online meeting and lecture on Electronic Evidence
On December 22, at 13.00 (CET) a pre-festive open online meeting will be held in the framework of the project "Strengthening the profession of lawyer in line with European standards". At the meeting, Stephen Mason (UK) will hold a keynote lecture "e-" Changes Everything: A Concise Introduction into Electronic Evidence”. Welcome!
Stephen Mason is a recognized expert in electronic evidence and electronic signatures, author of books and many articles on the argument. He will talk about the role of electronic evidence in civil and administrative proceedings and the challenges associated with its use, such as: what is the authenticity of electronic evidence and how can it be established? or how does the nature of electronic evidence affect its trustworthiness?
The lecture will be moderated by Dr. Remigijus Jokubauskas, International consultant.
In the second part of the meeting, you will have the opportunity to compete with colleagues in an online quiz.
The meeting will be held on the Zoom platform in English with simultaneous translation into Russian.
