The website "Regional Cooperation Network of Lawyers In EU Eastern Partnership Countries” is designed as an online regional cooperation network for the bars and lawyers’ professional associations of five countries. The website provides comprehensive information about European standards and best practices on the legal profession, regulatory and legal frameworks on legal activities in the participating countries, as well as a compilation of relevant analytical studies. Besides, the website offers a community forum and a shared point for the users and visitors of the website for discussions and exchange of relevant documents.
The database provided on the website shall promote understanding of the European and regional perspective of the statutory regulations for the legal profession by the users, while the introduced interactive toolset will serve as a platform to promote cooperation between them.
This website was created and maintained as part of the project “Strengthening the profession of lawyer in line with European standards”, funded by the European Union and the Council of Europe and implemented by the Council of Europe within their Partnership for Good Governance II 2019-2022.
