Digital technology and artificial intelligence on the agenda of the conference of Council of Europe justice ministers
Council of Europe ministers of justice will gather for a conference held under the Hungarian Presidency of the Committee of Ministers on Digital Technology and Artificial Intelligence – New Challenges for Justice in Europe.
The conference will be opened by Hungarian Minister of Justice Judit Varga and Council of Europe Secretary General Marija Pejčinović Burić.
The conference will be based on the wotk of the Organisation on justice, the information society, algorithms and artificial intelligence, in particular on the results of the works of the European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ). CEPEJ experts will speak about the use of electronic devices and artificial intelligence in judicial proceedings in compliance with the European Convention on Human Rights.
